
KAMPALA- President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni’s address to the nation that was scheduled to happen this evening at 7pm has been deferred to 9pm.
Senior Presidential Press Secretary Don Wanyama has announced.
Museveni the incumbent President and the National Resistance Movement Flagbearer will make his final campaign which started in November last year as the country goes to election this week on Thursday.
The Presidential election has attracted 11 candidates though a tough race seems to be between Museveni, National Unity Platform NUP’s Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu and FDC’s Patrick Amuriat Oboi POA.
