Rubanda couple stranded with malnourished triplets, seeks for assistance


RUBANDA– A couple in Rubanda district is stranded with a week’s malnourished triplets and seeking for intervention.

Leodinus Mugisha and his wife Kato Joventah of Kibungo Village, Kaara -Muko Sub County in Rubanda district told  that the triplets are of birth order two  bringing the number of their biological children to five after giving birth to twins at first.

The malnourished triplets include two boys and a girl.

Speaking to our reporter, the Nshanjare town council Speaker Amos Byaruhanga said that the one week triplets are looking unhealthy, and he asked the government, local leaders and well-wishers to help this family.


Mugisha, a father to the twins says the mother is in good health but the kids are malnourished as he can’t afford buying food supplements for them.
