MP Ndyomugyenyi vows to end poor road network in Rukiga


RUKIGA–  The Rukiga County Member of Parliament Hon Ndyomugyenyi Rolland Bish has vowed to end the longtime problem of poor Road network in the district.

Hon Ndyomugyenyi Rolland Bish was speaking after opening up a coordination office in Muhanga Town council in Rukiga district over the weekend.

Hon Bish said they have already  started working on poor Roads especially Kamwezi road which was in a critical state.

“The Kanwezi road was in poor state, I went to UNRA, they gave us the machines and they started working on it on Friday and another one is Kabimbiri-Kamusiza so I went to Uganda Road Fund they gave me Ugx 50M and works are ongoing”, Hon Bish explained.

He further revealed that the process of tarmacking Muhanga-Kisizi Road is already in progress adding that works on Bucundura Road will soon commence.

Talking about the newly opened office, Hon Ndyomugyenyi said that it’s main target is to coordinate his works with the electrorate.
