UWA postpones the Recruitment Exercise


KAMPALA– The Uganda Wildlife Authority has announced the postponement of the scheduled recruitment exercise for rangers which was due take place on 8th June 2022.

According to press release issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority dated June 1st st 2022, the recruitment which had been announced has been postponed and a new date will be communicated in the due course.

Uganda Wildlife Authority had announced a massive recruitment exercise where 850 rangers are needed to be absorbed into their ranks to be deployed to different Natuonal Parks and Conservation across the country.

The recruitment centers where the rangers will be picked from include Masindi Sports Stadium, Booma grounds in Fortportal, Zebra Grounds Minekye at Lake Mburo in Kiruhura District, Bwindi Community Hospital in Kanungu District,  Mbale SSS Stadium, Kidepo Valley National Park Headquarters and Queen Elizabeth National Park Playgrounds Katunguru in Rubirizi District.
