Ruhinda Secondary School Headteacher attempts suicide by poisoning

NEWS– The Police in Mitooma District are investigating circumstances surrounding the suspected attempted suicide by poisoning of Ruhinda Secondary School Headteacher Yesiime Aurther. 

Reports from Mitooma Town Council where the School is located have it that Yesiime was on Monday evening found unconscious by his wife who had just returned from work.

The wife immediately reported the matter to Police who immediately rushed to the scene, found the headteacher vomiting and in a dire state.

The Police rushed him to Dr. Ben clinic in Mitooma Town where it was established that his vomits contained poison though the motive of the attempt remains mystery.

In awake of events, an anonymous source intimated to this reporter that Yesiime isn’t been at good terms with School stakeholders over the ever dwindling performance in what many attribute to poor performance.

“The headteacher had ran away from Office for the past two weeks as parents pressed for his transfer not later than this year” a source intimated to this reporter. 

Deep Investigations into the matter allege that Yesiime had swindled Students money meant for last term’s mock examination they didn’t sit for.

Police was yet to issue a statement pertaining the incident however by Press time, Yesiime was being transferred to Kampala International University Hospital for further management.
