
KAMPALA- The Uganda National Examinations Board UNEB, a body that is mandated to set and mark exams of finalists at different levels of education has released the PLE, UCE & UACE Timetables for the 2020 Exams.
According to the timetables, Briefing of candidates in Primary Seven will be on March 26 and they will later sit for their examinations on March 30 and March 31 2021.
UCE students will be briefed on February 26, and the Uganda Certificate of Education examinations will start on March 1, to April 6.
Dan Nokrach Odongo the UNEB secretary adds that briefing for Senior Six candidates will follow on April 9 and they will sit for examinations from April 12 to May 3.
The exams were slated to be sat for in November/December 2020 however became impossible since the government announced the closure of schools on March 20th aimed at saving over 15 million Ugandans at different education levels from contracting the novel covid-19.
In October, the government reopened schools for the candidates and finalists so that they can continue to complete their studies.
